Our staff will work to put together a price quote and proposal that is designed for all your program needs. Each quote comes with a variety of program options in order to choose those that best fit the requirements and requests of your organization.
Pre-Departure Support
After your organization has approved a program proposal, our staff will work to fully prepare all participants. We will provide you with printed pre-departure materials explaining cultural adjustment, program logistics, and project information. Our Denver-based staff will be available to answer all questions via telephone. As an additional service, we can arrange to meet with participants for a pre-departure orientation.
Arrival and Program Participation
While your group participates in its service learning or volunteer program, our on-site and Denver staff will always be available to ensure that you have the best experience abroad. BridgeVolunteers in-country service includes airport pick-up, program orientation, and 24-hour emergency contacts for all participants and their families. And most importantly, our local on-site staff works around the clock to create the most positive learning and volunteer experience for your group.
Return Home
Our Denver office will work with your organization to follow up on your experience in order to build future relationships with our local partners and your organization. Upon program completion and your return home, we will have a debriefing session with your organization or school to see what went well and what we could have done better. We can also arrange to send program evaluations to participants, if requested. And of course, we’re always available to help you plan your next trip with us!
